Hey yogis, thanks for joining me for today's 'Head To Toe Yoga Flow'. In this class we're going to flow down through our entire body, creating space and bringing more movement into our practice.


This class is perfectly suitable for all levels and you won't need any props today. So whether you're a beginner or a more experienced yogi, roll out your mat and let's begin.

For today's practice we'll be focusing on our core, the centre of our body that supports our entire structure.


Together we'll work on strengthening and toning the muscles deep within our abdominal wall which is integral to improving our posture and stabilising our lower back.
