In this Feel Good Flow we'll engage the entire body from head to toe and melt away any pent up stress or tension.


By the end of the class we should feel refreshed and uplifted, free from any mental distractions and any unnecessary worries.



This practice works well at any time of the day and it's suitable for all levels. So if you're ready to feel good, roll out your mat and let's begin.
