Yin Yoga For Posture

This 35 minute relaxing Yin yoga practise will help to improve your posture, relieve back pain and leave you feeling calm and relaxed. This beginner friendly class is perfect for anybody who works from a desk or suffers from back, shoulder, neck or hip pain.


Together we'll work into our connective tissues by passively holding our poses for up to 3 minutes.
