Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura)

In today's yoga practice, the 3rd of our 7 part chakra series, we'll explore our Solar Plexus Chakra, 'Manipura'. This chakra governs self-confidence, vitality, and willpower. It's located between the navel and the breast bone and signified by the colour yellow.

To balance and energise this chakra we'll strengthen our core and work through some deep twists to ignite the fire within.
