Slow Flow For Strength

Hey yogis, thanks so much for joining me for this Slow Flow Yoga For Strength. Today I'll be guiding you through a sequence of poses designed to slowly and mindfully build strength and tone muscle. We'll also focus on cultivating heat through the body whilst keeping our awareness on our breath.

This class is perfect for all levels and you don't need any props today. So with all that said.. roll out your mat and we'll begin.
