Yoga For Runners is a 30 minute full body stretch for all levels. Perfect not only for runners but anybody who spends a lot of time on their feet.


This routine is a wonderful pre or post run compliment to help warm up the body, release tension and keep the muscles and joints happy, healthy and injury free.
