You're very welcome to join me for today's 'Restful Yin Yoga Practice'. In this restorative sequence we'll melt away muscle tension and create space within the body to encourage deep physical, mental and emotional relaxation. We'll hold each pose for a few breaths so feel free to bring along any bolsters, cushions or blankets to help make yourself feel extra cozy.
