In today's Summer Cool Down class I'll be guiding you through a series of Yin style poses that we'll hold passively for several minutes allowing us to work deep into the connective tissue and fascia, releasing the stress that manifests within.
While we hold these poses we'll draw our awareness to our Pranayama which cools and hydrates the body.
If you have a couple of blocks or thick books bring them along but don't worry if not as they're not essential.
