Soothing Yin

Hey everyone, welcome to this soothing Yin style yoga practice. Today I'll be guiding you through a series of poses to passively work deep into our muscles and fascia which will help to increase our circulation in our joints and improve our overall flexibility.



If you have a blanket, block and cushion, you might like to grab them because they would come in handy today but don't worry if you don't as they're not essential.
