It's my pleasure to be guiding us along this soothing slow flow yoga practise today. Together we'll take some time to melt away any tension that may be lurking deep within the body and use our breath work to connect with our unconscious mind and dispel any negative thoughts or feelings that simply don't serve us.
This practise is perfect after a long stressful day or a restless night's sleep. Suitable for all levels including complete beginners.
