Hey yogis, welcome to this beginner friendly Hatha practice. Today we'll be focusing on stretching and strengthening by holding our poses for roughly 3-5 breaths. This will help us to soak up and really maximise the full benefits that each pose has to offer.
This class is perfect if you're new to yoga or simply looking to slow things down and get back to basics. So without further ado, I welcome you to join me on the mat and we'll begin.
