Hi everyone! Today I have a deep stretch Yin practice to build strength and flexibility in our muscles and connective tissue. We'll hold each pose for up to 3 minutes to really lengthen and find space in our body.
This class is a lovely balance of effort and ease and will leave you feeling open and recharged, ready for whatever lies ahead of you.
If you have a pillow and a yoga strap or belt, bring them with you but don't worry if you don't as they're not essential.
