Hey yogis, welcome to this calming end of day Hatha yoga practice. Today I'll be guiding you through a series of asanas to help close out your day and prepare you for a restful evening and nigh's sleep.
I'll be offering modifications throughout this practice making it suitable for beginners and more experienced yogis alike. All you need for this class is a cushion or a pillow, so gather whichever you have to hand and come join me on the mat.
