Awaken the body and soul with gentle Vinyasa Flow sequences infused with a soothing Yin style of yoga. Suitable for first timers to experienced yogis.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance of your class in order not to be charged. Unfortunately cancellations that occur within 24 hours of the class will not be subject to a refund.
