Deepest Stretch Yin

Today we'll be doing a full body 'Deepest Stretch' Yin style yoga practice. Together we'll work deep into our muscles and connective tissues by holding each pose for up to 3 minutes, allowing us to create more space and increase the flexibility in our body.
